Heat Exchangers with integral air movers utilize air to water heat exchangers to transfer heat from one medium to another. Typically using the chilled water from facility or ship supply and reducing the heat load within an enclosed cabinet of electronics. The heat transfer requirements are analyzed to determine the optimum heat exchanger core size with the perfect air mover to satisfy the heat transfer parameters.
AMETEK Rotron Heat exchangers are known for their reliability through the use of the Rotron line of fans and blowers. Compact designs to get the most heat transfer in a limited package size in the most efficient manner.
Can be designed to meet MIL-STD-810 Environmental requirements as well as other regulatory specifications. Any input voltages can be considered. Heat Exchangers can incorporate fault monitoring and electronic control.
Heat Exchanger designs have ranged from 500 watts to 100kW and in all known applications and locations.
